Brief History
Collins Control & Electric Inc. has been actively engaged in the electrical industry in northern Colorado since 1980. The organization was originally established to provide energy conservation solutions centered on kW demand and consumption reduction. Through the years CC&E has broadened into other electrical related areas as well but has always maintained a core focus on the responsible consumption of electrical energy.
Business Philosophy
In order to maintain an orchestrated effort all CC&E personnel uphold the following quality statement. This statement serves as the primary ideology within the organization. This statement is memorized by all employees, imprinted on all business cards, used on a daily basis to guide strategic decisions, create internal processes and resolve inter- personal issues. In addition to technical competency and safety training CC&E provides weekly character based training utilizing written discussion materials from “Character First!”
Sturcture/Focus
CC&E is actively led by the president of the organization. The CC&E team meets every Monday morning for training, problem solving and scheduling. The idea is for the team to continually evaluate and improve its product and services, with a view towards, “making life better”.
Safety
CC&E operates under a state approved and monitored cost containment safety program.
Insurance
CC&E is insured to $3,000,000.00.
Technical Personnel
CC&E has a well-experienced technical staff trained in the operation and maintenance of electrical and control systems.
